What you will do
- Lead business process analysis to define effective, technology-driven solutions for insurance clients.
- Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder sessions to ensure project clarity.
- Mentor junior analysts and drive improvements in analysis best practices.
- Act as the primary conduit between client stakeholders, development, QA, and product teams.
- Shape solution designs and contribute to product releases, RFIs, and RFPs.
- Manage work allocation and project planning in coordination with project managers.
Requirements
- Extensive business analysis experience within the insurance sector, ideally the Lloyds London Market.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage the quality of analysis deliverables.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project life cycles.
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring others and working in business-facing environments.
