What you will do

  • Lead business process analysis to define effective, technology-driven solutions for insurance clients.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder sessions to ensure project clarity.
  • Mentor junior analysts and drive improvements in analysis best practices.
  • Act as the primary conduit between client stakeholders, development, QA, and product teams.
  • Shape solution designs and contribute to product releases, RFIs, and RFPs.
  • Manage work allocation and project planning in coordination with project managers.

Requirements

  • Extensive business analysis experience within the insurance sector, ideally the Lloyds London Market.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage the quality of analysis deliverables.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project life cycles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience mentoring others and working in business-facing environments.
