- Lead and manage a small team, with hands-on coding in C for Redis database development.
- Define technical roadmaps and make key architectural decisions.
- Drive performance and reliability for massive scale systems.

- Take full ownership of projects from concept to production.
- Collaborate with various R&D teams and the open-source community.
Requirements
- 4+ years developing production-grade systems, with strong hands-on C/Linux experience.
- 2+ years leading engineering teams/projects to completion, including mentoring.
- Expertise in low-level programming (C/C++/Rust), memory safety, concurrency, and performance optimizations.
- Strategic thinking for roadmaps and architecture in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication for distributed teams.
