What you will do

  • Manage and grow a distributed team of cloud security engineers and technical leads.
  • Drive roadmap and technical strategy for proactive cloud threat detection and prevention.
  • Architect scalable enterprise-grade cloud security solutions handling millions of requests per second.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, security researchers, and other teams.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy through validation and automated workflows.
  • Lead hiring, mentoring, and retention of engineering talent.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • 7+ years software engineering experience with 3+ years in management.
  • Expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes.
  • Strong programming skills in Golang, Python, or similar languages.
  • Experience with distributed systems, Kafka, Cassandra, ElasticSearch.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to work onsite in New York office 3+ days per week.
