- Manage and grow a distributed team of cloud security engineers and technical leads.
- Drive roadmap and technical strategy for proactive cloud threat detection and prevention.
- Architect scalable enterprise-grade cloud security solutions handling millions of requests per second.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, security researchers, and other teams.
- Ensure quality and accuracy through validation and automated workflows.
- Lead hiring, mentoring, and retention of engineering talent.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- 7+ years software engineering experience with 3+ years in management.
- Expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes.
- Strong programming skills in Golang, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with distributed systems, Kafka, Cassandra, ElasticSearch.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to work onsite in New York office 3+ days per week.
