What you will do
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI across digital touchpoints.
- Conduct user research to inform, validate, and refine design decisions.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Commercial teams to ensure business and technical alignment.
- Apply and contribute to Design System methodology to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Design inclusive experiences using accessibility best practices and WCAG guidelines.
- Define and track UX metrics to measure the impact of design initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing for digital platforms in large-scale environments.
- Proven experience designing for native iOS and Android applications.
- Strong interaction design and UI craft skills.
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Expertise in Design Systems and system-thinking design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Miro, UserZoom, and Jira.
