What you will do

  • Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for a defined product domain.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Product Managers while maintaining hands-on involvement in critical initiatives.
  • Prioritize tradeoffs across product teams to balance technical feasibility, customer impact, and business objectives.
  • Represent product strategy to executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and sales.
  • Establish standards for product discovery, delivery, and execution.
  • Monitor key performance metrics to guide iterative improvements and roadmap planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management with clear progression into senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing Product Managers, including hiring and performance management.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling product teams within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with Arena or other enterprise PLM/QMS systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native tools like Confluence, Jira, and Figma.
