What you will do
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and present customized solutions to prospective customers.
- Lead client workshops to discover current processes, business challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Configure LogicGate's no-code platform for tailored demonstrations and proof of concept projects.
- Build relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
- Provide product feedback to identify new features and represent the voice of prospective customers.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation Management teams for seamless post-sale transitions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, Technical Consultant, Customer Success Manager, or Advisory Role focused on GRC subject matter.
- Experience selling, implementing, or administering GRC SaaS platforms.
- Desire to work within a team focused on winning new business and expanding customer accounts.
- Experience conducting and tailoring software demonstrations or client-facing presentations.
- Curiosity to understand customer problems and effectively communicate LogicGate's value.
