What you will do

  • Support and deliver programs within an account, enabling a group of Project Managers.
  • Build and own operational cadences for programs, including finance, resourcing, and reporting.
  • Lead collaboration to ensure work aligns with client needs, feedback is addressed, and quality is high.
  • Manage small to large projects with budgets likely under $1MM and teams of 20 or fewer.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications to ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform analysis and reporting on project health, including financial metrics and post-launch opportunities.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of client businesses, goals, and preferences with proactive anticipation of needs.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to foster a cohesive, high-performing team.
  • Experience communicating team structures, resourcing plans, and program objectives for complex initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels and technology within project environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in collaboration and issue-tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Advanced expertise in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and project/financial management tools (e.g., Tenrox, Smartsheet).
