What you will do
- Serve as the trusted technical advisor for enterprise accounts in Japan.
- Manage end-to-end product implementation, onboarding, and platform configuration.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive client success.
- Scope and perform project management for large-scale customer initiatives.
- Lead recurring business reviews and handle critical escalation management.
- Guide customers toward best practices to maximize platform value and adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as TAM or Implementation Management.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Proven ability to manage concurrent complex technical projects.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Zendesk, Salesforce, or Rocketlane.
- Background in MarTech, AdTech, or Digital Analytics.
