What you will do

  • Drive product strategy for new and existing products to deliver best-in-class customer experience and business value.
  • Identify new opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to elaborate mutually beneficial solutions for business and consumers.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to conceive and develop new product concepts and manage their implementation and rollouts.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and direction to a team of Product Managers and pods.
  • Build consensus across a large global organization as a practiced negotiator and creative problem solver.
  • Manage multiple projects with a data-driven approach, strong communication, and prioritization skills.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in product development within an e-commerce environment.
  • Experience in digital retailing and subscription/SaaS business models.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
  • Proven excellence as an individual contributor in a Product Management role with high-impact initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills for data-driven assumptions and outcome evaluation.
  • English: B2 required for excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Applied AI Tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to explore and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions.
