What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned PTC Cloud customers regarding service needs and escalations.
- Manage repeatable cloud service delivery processes and ensure smooth handovers between project and post-go-live modes.
- Establish and maintain governance models to ensure long-term partnership health and objective fulfillment.
- Perform recurrent cloud service reviews and investigate client business processes to anticipate future challenges.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams and the ecosystem to resolve outstanding customer issues.
- Identify and demonstrate the value of emerging technologies to drive renewal and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex project lifecycles.
- Strong skills in assessing client requirements and managing issues proactively.
- Experience in reporting and negotiation with Program Directors and Executives.
- Fluent in English.
- Availability to work during the 13:00 - 22:00 shift.
