What you will do
- Oversee Brazil's Business Continuity Plan, including BIA and OCP/DR.
- Monitor continuity test execution to ensure recovery capabilities meet standards.
- Execute and track Risk Acceptance Statement (RAS) and resilience metrics monthly.
- Manage critical vendor monitoring throughout their lifecycle to mitigate risks.
- Coordinate between Procurement, Business, and Risk teams for standardized third-party integration.
- Support internal/external audits and regulators by providing technical evidence for continuity and TPRM.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Continuity Management and financial services risk frameworks.
- Solid experience in the Second Line of Defense (2LoD), focusing on BCM and TPRM lifecycles.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian regulations (BACEN, CVM, ANBIMA) and their specific requirements.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear business insights for executive-level reporting.
- Experience in supporting Internal/External Audits and Regulators, providing high-quality technical justifications.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1) for daily interaction with international stakeholders.
- Must work in a hybrid model, attending the office 2-3 times/week in São Paulo, Brazil.
