What you will do

  • Design and execute account strategies to maximize NXP design wins at a major automotive customer.
  • Provide strategic assessment of new business opportunities and evaluate them considering technological differentiators, strategic fit, and profitability.
  • Coordinate globally and facilitate joint business meetings across functional teams and geographies.
  • Understand and influence customer hardware architecture to position NXP's solutions.
  • Develop and maintain influential relationships with key decision makers within customer teams.
  • Provide customer product information, including roadmaps, demonstrations, pricing, and delivery quotations.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Novi, US.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably automotive.
  • Proven ability to manage a complex sales cycle with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
  • Technically adept understanding of hardware and software, including Microcontrollers, PMICs, and Ethernet.
  • Excellent communication, negotiating, and presentation skills.
