What you will do

  • Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture leveraging Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, and Flow
  • Define scalable, secure application, data, and integration architectures aligned with public sector compliance standards
  • Architect solutions for case management, licensing, grants, benefits, and citizen services
  • Lead Salesforce platform best practices, configuration, customization, and performance tuning
  • Ensure security, compliance (FedRAMP, SOC 2, GDPR/CCPA), and governance across solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, mentor developers, and provide architectural guidance across projects

Requirements

  • Salesforce Public Sector Solutions expertise is mandatory
  • 5+ years experience with government/public sector clients and compliance-driven solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform components: Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow
  • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft) and cloud architecture
  • Preferred Salesforce certifications including CTA, Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional, Integration Architecture Designer
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with FedRAMP-authorized environments
  • Exposure to Grants Management or Health & Human Services implementations
  • Knowledge of Accessibility (WCAG 2.1) compliance
  • Familiarity with Agile / SAFe delivery models
