What you will do
- Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture leveraging Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, and Flow
- Define scalable, secure application, data, and integration architectures aligned with public sector compliance standards
- Architect solutions for case management, licensing, grants, benefits, and citizen services
- Lead Salesforce platform best practices, configuration, customization, and performance tuning
- Ensure security, compliance (FedRAMP, SOC 2, GDPR/CCPA), and governance across solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders, mentor developers, and provide architectural guidance across projects
Requirements
- Salesforce Public Sector Solutions expertise is mandatory
- 5+ years experience with government/public sector clients and compliance-driven solutions
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform components: Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft) and cloud architecture
- Preferred Salesforce certifications including CTA, Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional, Integration Architecture Designer
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with FedRAMP-authorized environments
- Exposure to Grants Management or Health & Human Services implementations
- Knowledge of Accessibility (WCAG 2.1) compliance
- Familiarity with Agile / SAFe delivery models
