What you will do
- Provide Data & Analytics expertise on business processes and innovations from functional and technical perspectives.
- Support Product Manager in backlog development, refinement, and value estimation.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and prepare user acceptance test cases and training materials.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and prepare business analysis artifacts.
- Perform functional analysis and modeling of business processes related to data & analytics.
- Contribute to design and testing of reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
Requirements
- Must be located in Poland or able to work onsite in Wroclaw.
- 8+ years experience as Business Analyst in Data & Analytics with agile and product-thinking mindset.
- Experience with unified commerce and global retail data operations.
- Proficiency in requirements analysis, solution design, and backlog management.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
- Retail domain experience is highly desirable.
