Requirements

  • BS/MS in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience as a technical leader of software engineering teams delivering customer-driven software products.
  • Demonstrated experience leading change, empowering people, cultivating technology visions, and fostering effective engineering teams.
  • Ability to articulate product vision and drive the future roadmap with business acumen.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • "Self-starter" attitude and ability to make decisions independently.

Nice to have

  • Experience developing, maintaining, and innovating large-scale, consumer-facing web applications.
  • Familiarity with the development challenges inherent in highly scalable and available web applications.
  • Experience with various modern web frameworks.
