What you will do

  • Assess competitors by analyzing competitor information and trends, identifying sales opportunities.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport, providing technical information, and preparing quotations.
  • Use SFDC (Sales Force.com) to provide information on new accounts by answering telephone and email inquiries and entering information.
  • Develop accounts by checking customers’ buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.
  • Maintain communication with EMEA medium to small Geo accounts and reports and tracks any problems or threats to the account.
  • Maintain and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Currently studying BA/BS University degree with a concentration in business studies, marketing, management, advertising sales, or business administration.
  • Self-motivating with building relationships and people skills.
  • Data entry and analytical interpretation skills.
  • Customer focus.
  • Professionalism and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Motivation for sales environment and generating new customer leads.
