What you will do

  • Manage technical relationships with major advertisers, acting as the primary point of contact for integrations.
  • Translate complex business objectives into custom technical configurations and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot client-side code and data issues to optimize account performance.
  • Drive the adoption of new platform features and educate clients on maximizing product utilization.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales, Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Analyze client data and present optimization strategies during annual account reviews.

Requirements

  • Must have 2+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, or Sales Engineer).
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proven technical proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data from databases and web debugging tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Python and server-to-server integrations.
  • Familiarity with app integration platforms like AppsFlyer or Adjust.
