What you will do

  • Ensure Help Desk SLAs and ticket volumes are met while providing excellent customer experience
  • Provide on-site IT hardware and software support, including laptop provisioning and troubleshooting
  • Administer user accounts in corporate applications like Okta, Google, and Atlassian products
  • Implement and lead AI usage initiatives within the IT team
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks in collaboration with HR and Workplace Experience teams
  • Participate in special IT projects and maintain internal documentation

Requirements

  • Must be located in Barcelona, Spain
  • 1+ years of corporate IT Help Desk experience supporting Macs and Windows laptops
  • Experience with user account management and IT service management systems (e.g., Jira Service Management)
  • Basic LAN/WAN networking troubleshooting skills
  • Fluent in English and able to communicate in Spanish
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong attention to detail

Nice to have

  • Apple Genius Bar or similar experience
  • Experience with IT General Controls related to SOX, PCI, CCPA, GDPR
  • Knowledge of Linux, iOS, or Android troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with AI usage in enterprise applications and prompt engineering
