Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to support client operations and drive high-quality execution across our products and services. This role combines client interaction, product implementation, and operational optimization. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, improve processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients to implement tailored products and solutions based on their needs

  • Act as a key operational point of contact, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction

  • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks

  • Handle and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) accurately and within required timelines

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Compliance, Operations) to resolve issues and deliver solutions

  • Monitor operational workflows and proactively identify areas for optimization

  • Support onboarding and scaling of new and existing clients

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or a similar role

  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in banking, fintech, or financial operations is a strong plus

  • Strong analytical thinking and process improvement mindset

  • Fluent English (mandatory) with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
