What you will do

  • Support integration of Korn Ferry Digital platforms with client HRIS systems ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain best practice documentation for integrations and third-party platform apps.
  • Assist clients in implementing Korn Ferry Built On Workday Apps within their Workday environments.
  • Collaborate with client teams and system integration partners to assess and plan integration requirements.
  • Evaluate client IT environments against Korn Ferry technical and security requirements and recommend updates.
  • Partner with Client Advocacy and Solution Success Architects to support technology integration and architecture questions.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States and able to work remotely.
  • Certification and expertise in Workday HCM modules, including Workday Query Language (WQL) and Built On Workday apps.
  • Extensive experience with API-based integrations for HRIS platforms such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent management business domains.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field is highly desirable.
