What you will do
- Support integration of Korn Ferry Digital platforms with client HRIS systems ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain best practice documentation for integrations and third-party platform apps.
- Assist clients in implementing Korn Ferry Built On Workday Apps within their Workday environments.
- Collaborate with client teams and system integration partners to assess and plan integration requirements.
- Evaluate client IT environments against Korn Ferry technical and security requirements and recommend updates.
- Partner with Client Advocacy and Solution Success Architects to support technology integration and architecture questions.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States and able to work remotely.
- Certification and expertise in Workday HCM modules, including Workday Query Language (WQL) and Built On Workday apps.
- Extensive experience with API-based integrations for HRIS platforms such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent management business domains.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field is highly desirable.
