What you will do

  • Oversee the Delivery Partner Program to facilitate effective co-delivery of Databricks services with key system integrators.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Global and Regional System Integrators to support pipeline reviews and engagements.
  • Create and implement an RFP process and data-driven scorecards for partner selection in large, complex migration deals.
  • Spearhead efforts to incubate and scale new partners with Gen AI delivery capabilities.
  • Drive delivery governance and partner quality metrics, including CSAT and partner performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional channel teams to enable partners on Assurance and advisory services.

Requirements

  • Extensive industry experience in professional services delivery, resource management, and demand pipeline management.
  • Strong background as a Partner Manager or Consulting Manager within a professional services organization.
  • Experience managing commercial agreements, including Statements of Work (SOWs) and contract negotiations.
  • Proven ability to navigate and drive engagements with large IT organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience gathering requirements and planning technology solutions.
