- Provide engagement execution support to the client and the team.

- Lead the identification, qualification, and communication with candidates.
- Capture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information in the company’s systems.
- Inform the engagement team of potential business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Three to seven years of professional experience with exposure to one or more industries.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening).
- Ability to make presentations at the executive levels of client companies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
- Self-confident, self-motivated, and dynamic.
- Good judgment and superior interpersonal and evaluative skills.
