What you will do
- Define and drive the development of existing initiatives comprising the product roadmap for ClickHouse Cloud.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform priorities, and help manage the product backlog.
- Coordinate with partners on the design, engineering, and security teams to ensure alignment on scope and timeline for each project.
- Deliver periodic status updates to the leadership team and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute feature launch strategies.
- Define, track, and own key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and regularly report on progress to stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze product usage and performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of cloud software engineering or related technical experience.
- Experience working with SQL databases and data analytics (prior experience with ClickHouse preferred but not required).
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality products to market.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve goals.
