What you will do

  • Plan and execute a portfolio of field programs including industry conferences, executive dinners, workshops, roadshows, and sponsorships.
  • Partner with sales to ensure events generate real pipeline, setting goals for meetings, leads, and opportunities.
  • Work with regional sales leaders to identify pipeline gaps and launch targeted events or field programs to engage priority accounts.
  • Evaluate 3rd party conferences and sponsorships to determine where LangChain should show up and how we can stand out.
  • Coordinate logistics including booth materials, vendors, shipments, and event tech.
  • Continuously refine field marketing playbook—testing formats, improving ROI, and scaling what works.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B marketing programs.
  • Experience supporting pipeline generation through events or regional marketing.
  • Strong project management and organization skills.
  • Comfortable working closely with sales teams and revenue goals.
  • Excellent communicator who can coordinate across teams and vendors.
  • Willingness to travel ~30–40%.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to developers, AI practitioners, or technical audiences.
  • Background in SaaS, AI, or developer tools.
  • Exposure to ABM or regional marketing programs.
