What you will do

  • Develop high-quality visual designs for social media ads, landing pages, email templates, display banners, and OOH assets.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Creative Director and copywriters to execute creative campaign concepts.
  • Ensure all creative work adheres to Juniper’s visual identity and maintains high craft standards.
  • Analyze performance metrics to iterate on designs and improve commercial impact and conversion rates.
  • Bring fresh visual ideas and creative concepts to the team to keep branding effective and impactful.
  • Maintain consistency across various touchpoints while adapting designs to channel-specific requirements.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience designing for digital channels including social, web, and email.
  • Proven ability to translate creative concepts into polished, performance-driven design work.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range, attention to detail, and a focus on commercial outcomes.
  • Proficiency in working with performance data to inform design decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with copywriters and strategists.
