What you will do

  • Design and implement automation end-to-end test scenarios for UI and API systems, representing the user journey.
  • Collaborate closely with other automation teams, Development, PMO, and Product Management.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis of identified defects, providing development teams with sufficient details for resolution.
  • Participate in the release procedure before production.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in Automation development in medium to large automation teams.
  • Strong background in testing and automation methodologies and tools (CI/CD, large automation suites).
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with REST API.
  • Substantial development experience using OOP languages (JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python).
  • Extensive experience with automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Puppeteer).
  • Experience with functional testing and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP), coupled with strong communication and mentorship skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Agile methodology.
  • Familiarity with Playwright and TypeScript.
  • Basic Kubernetes and microservices knowledge.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Report-Portal) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
