What you will do
- Define and align portfolio objectives with long-term strategic business goals.
- Establish governance frameworks and lead cross-functional teams to manage project execution.
- Monitor comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
- Manage end-to-end contract compliance and delivery obligations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops, meetings, and detailed reporting.
- Mitigate risks and address interdependencies to ensure portfolio success.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management and portfolio governance.
- Fluent in Swedish and English (verbal and written).
- Strong leadership skills and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Must pass a security vetting process (additional citizenship obligations may apply).
- Business acumen with experience in contract management.
Nice to have
- IPMA Level certification or equivalent.
- Knowledge of defense and security industry regulations.
