  • Design and maintain robust analytical models using SQL and Python for partner revenue and performance tracking.
  • Deliver visual insights and executive-level reports through Looker, Metabase, and Google Workspace.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies in the partner lifecycle and implement data-backed improvements.
  • Enable internal teams through data literacy training and AI-powered workflow coaching.
  • Develop analytical frameworks for partner incentives, compensation, and performance tiering.
  • Automate data interpretation and insight summarization to increase velocity in executive reporting.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
  • Advanced technical expertise in SQL and Python for building scalable data models.
  • Extensive experience with Google Workspace, Looker, Metabase, and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in BI, data strategy, or channel operations.
  • Ability to translate complex business questions into clear technical requirements.
  • Experience in project management.
