What you will do

  • Lead the cyber component of an insider threat program.
  • Establish, operate, and mature USG insider threat programs.
  • Develop and implement deterrence, detection, and mitigation strategies.
  • Gather, integrate, analyze, and respond to threat-related information.
  • Assess risks, identify vulnerabilities, and develop effective countermeasures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant government policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Active CISSP certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, STEM, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience leading the cyber component of an insider threat program.
  • In-depth understanding of insider threat principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, network security, data protection, and employee monitoring.
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant government policies and regulations (e.g., NISPOM, EO 13587).

Nice to have

  • Counter-intelligence experience.
  • Digital Forensics and related certifications.
  • User Activity Monitoring (UAM) experience.
  • User Behavior Analytics (UBA) experience.
