What you will do
- Define and maintain global process modeling standards and ensure process documentation aligns with governance requirements.
- Assign work to Process Analysts, review deliverables, and coach them to increase team consistency and process maturity.
- Coordinate cross-functional process documentation and ensure process designs reflect decisions approved by Global Business Process Owners (GBPOs).
- Validate future-state process designs meet project objectives and system requirements, identifying process gaps and inconsistencies.
- Work with GBPOs to ensure global standards are represented in process design and partner with OCM teams to communicate process impacts.
- Oversee creation of test scripts and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm system behavior aligns with intended process designs.
Requirements
- Typically, a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
- 3–5 years of Procurement experience in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry; 5–7 years preferred, with working knowledge of SAP.
- Demonstrated people‑management experience, with a minimum of 2 years directly managing, leading, or coordinating teams.
- Proven experience working with ERP systems, including process improvement and data gathering/reporting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional partners.
- Expertise using process modeling tools and methods (e.g., BPMN, Visio, ARIS, Signavio).
- This position requires access to United States Export‑Controlled information.

- Experience leading process governance in a global transformation program.
- Prior involvement in SAP S/4HANA implementations, system integration efforts, or enterprise‑level design projects.
- Familiarity with cross‑functional business processes such as Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or HR.
