What you will do

  • Design and implement a comprehensive Employee Experience strategy tailored to a distributed workforce.
  • Develop and operationalize a practical Remote Excellence framework with clear norms and toolkits.
  • Govern the global framework for company onsites and in-person gatherings, handling end-to-end logistics.
  • Build internal programs and rituals that strengthen connection and collaboration across global teams.
  • Champion and structure employee Guilds to support professional development and networking.
  • Manage budgets and vendor relationships related to employee experience initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a global organization with ownership of employee engagement or event workstreams.
  • Proven track record operating in remote-first or distributed organizations.
  • Strong program and project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • English: Fluent verbal and written proficiency required.
  • Strong connection to gaming culture and experience in creator-driven industries is highly preferred.
