Program Manager, Revenue Systems (SaaS): Responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional execution of Dialpad’s Sales Tech stack with an accent on ensuring that systems, tools, and integrations across Sales, Solution Engineering, and Channel are aligned and scalable. Focus on leading end-to-end implementation of new sales tools and driving continuous optimization based on seller feedback.

What you will do

  • Define and maintain the Sales Technology roadmap.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of new sales tools.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment (Sales, SE, Marketing, IT).
  • Standardize workflows across tools (CRM, sequencing, call intelligence, forecasting, routing).
  • Measure the business impact of tech investments and present insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years in Sales Operations, RevOps, GTM Systems, or Program Management.
  • Strong understanding of CRM ecosystems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Proven cross-functional program management experience.
  • Familiarity with tools such as LeanData, CPQ, Salesforce, Clari, Clay, Scratchpad, Actively AI, Outreach, and Highspot.
