What you will do

  • Build and manage a portfolio of Invoice Finance Introducers, driving income in line with targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service to introducers, potential customers, and counterparties.
  • Develop and execute the commercial business plan in line with strategic goals.
  • Support customers through the end-to-end process, working closely with credit and operations teams.
  • Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to support them via Kriya and Allica Bank services.
  • Contribute positively to company culture and demonstrate organizational values.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven career progression in business development within the Invoice Finance market.
  • Highly capable Business Developer with a track record of building high-value relationships.
  • Strong understanding of SME lending required.
  • History of exemplary service and maximizing value with prospects and customers.
  • Passion for SMEs, self-starter attitude, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
