What you will do
- Provide end-user support and technical assistance for IRIS and ETO systems.
- Develop and disseminate training resources for staff across the network.
- Manage new account creation and user permissions according to enterprise limits.
- Participate in quarterly system enhancements, bug fixes, and custom report building.
- Collaborate with support staff and technical advisors to implement quality assurance measures.
- Facilitate bi-weekly meetings with site administrators and support Q&A sessions.
Requirements
- Experience with social service case management or program management software (preferably ETO).
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn information systems quickly, including IRIS, ETO, and ServiceNow.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- University degree in Social Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field.
