What you will do

  • Provide end-user support and technical assistance for IRIS and ETO systems.
  • Develop and disseminate training resources for staff across the network.
  • Manage new account creation and user permissions according to enterprise limits.
  • Participate in quarterly system enhancements, bug fixes, and custom report building.
  • Collaborate with support staff and technical advisors to implement quality assurance measures.
  • Facilitate bi-weekly meetings with site administrators and support Q&A sessions.

Requirements

  • Experience with social service case management or program management software (preferably ETO).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn information systems quickly, including IRIS, ETO, and ServiceNow.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • University degree in Social Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field.
