What you will do

  • Design and implement scalable APEX solutions following enterprise patterns and best practices.
  • Build and secure APEX REST APIs, Platform Events, and asynchronous processes.
  • Optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and handle large data operations safely.
  • Collaborate with Product, BAs, Architects, Admins, QA, and DevOps to deliver reliable features and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, automations, and maintain security configurations.
  • Support team members and contribute to Salesforce architecture strategy for scalability and performance.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Spain for 100% remote work.
  • 3–5+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong APEX focus.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise patterns, bulkification, async processing, and integrations.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud including opportunity management and case workflows.
  • Proficient with Git workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD tools.
  • English working proficiency required for collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and AI-driven automation platforms.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Integration Architect.
  • Knowledge of telemetry, observability, and performance testing.
