What you will do
- Build, grow, and manage a global community on platforms like Discord and Reddit.
- Monitor engagements, curate content, and manage a team of volunteer moderators.
- Analyze community feedback and trends to drive product improvements.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to gather feedback.
- Track and report key community insights.
- Organize virtual events and identify potential community partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in community management and moderation on Discord and Reddit.
- Active participation and awareness of trending community conversations.
- Skilled in writing and communications, with conflict resolution ability.
- Eager to learn technical concepts and about the product.
- Empathetic, patient, and able to respond to user concerns meaningfully.
- Able to work across atypical hours as needed.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Experience using Zendesk, Google Suites, and JIRA.
- Experience with live streaming as a support or host.
- Experience working with or being a content creator.
- Experience with analyzing data and driving insights.
- Deep experience in online community building and social outreach.
- General technical understanding of music production, BandLab, Cakewalk, and/or other digital audio workstations.
