What you will do

  • Lead full life‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and handoff to onboarding.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, including digital and physical employment marketing, job board management, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Proactively source candidates using social media, professional networks, local associations, and community events to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Manage, optimize, and report from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate records, metrics, and compliance.
  • Train and coach hiring managers on effective interviewing, evaluation, and selection practices that are structured, equitable, and compliant.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to deliver high‑quality recruiting support across the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a corporate or in‑house environment; prior experience managing a small recruiting team is preferred.
  • Proven track record filling a wide range of roles (e.g., professional, technical, and/or customer‑facing positions) in competitive markets.
  • Demonstrated experience building and executing sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Strong understanding of interview and selection methods, assessment tools, and hiring compliance best practices.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics; comfortable using data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leaders and candidates at all levels.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, commerce, psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting in Florida and/or Toronto, Ontario or similar markets is a plus.
