What you will do

  • Launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Telegram, and Google Ads to promote vacancies.
  • Manage the career website, landing pages, and social media presence, utilizing A/B testing and copywriting to boost performance.
  • Own key performance metrics including CPC, CTR, and CPL, building dashboards for reporting.
  • Drive funnel improvements from initial impression through to interview conversion.
  • Develop and communicate the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) strategy.
  • Organize and promote employer branding events, webinars, and meetups.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience in HR Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
  • English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on using content as a tool for conversion rather than aesthetics.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment funnels, audience segmentation, and performance-driven marketing.
  • Must be ready and open to relocate to Cyprus for on-site work.
