What you will do

  • Develop and maintain internal platforms for validating music content against style, copyright, and policy standards.
  • Design and scale distributed backend services to handle complex data pipelines.
  • Work extensively with streaming services and messaging architectures.
  • Collaborate on architectural designs from initial project kickoff through to production deployment.
  • Optimize system observability, performance, and caching mechanisms.
  • Contribute to CI/CD automation and modern software testing strategies.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Amsterdam
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and MariaDB.
  • Extensive experience with Apache Kafka or similar streaming services.
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems and Kubernetes infrastructure.
  • Experience with API design and high-load data pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills in English.
