What you will do
- Build, coach, and lead engineering and project management teams responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery and support of enterprise systems underpinning Gartner’s HR business processes.
- Ensure that systems are designed and implemented in such a way that allows for agility and rapid growth to support Gartner’s dynamic business, including the development and clear communication of roadmaps.
- Ensure operational support meets service level agreements in an environment where talent acquisition, retention & development are business-critical.
- Partner closely with HRIS and key IT partners to ensure enterprise technology capabilities are in place, operating reliably, and aligned to Gartner’s business needs.
- Model effective leadership through strong business acumen and problem‑solving discipline.
Requirements
- Highly collaborative leader who leads by example, rolls up their sleeves, and operates with a no‑limits mindset.
- Strong leadership anchored in influential communication, enabling collaboration, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and stakeholder alignment.
- Demonstrated leadership of global technology organizations enabling Human Resources as a mission‑critical business function.
- Strong expertise across core HR technology platforms, including HCM, Learning, Talent, and People Analytics, with required experience in Workday and preferred exposure to Cornerstone, Beamery, and Power BI.
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience in leading technology delivery teams in support of complex business functions.
- Experience defining and driving technology strategy in partnership with business and IT leaders, supported by globally distributed Agile/Scrum teams.
