What you will do
- Oversee day-to-day implementation of youth program activities, including vocational and digital training.
- Manage and provide technical support to the youth staff team in the area office.
- Coordinate with the Youth PDM and Digital Officer to define and operate the Youth Hub model.
- Ensure project activities remain within budget and adhere to donor guidelines and NRC policies.
- Maintain feedback mechanisms and communicate directly with project beneficiaries.
- Collect and analyze data to contribute to project monitoring, evaluation, and future strategy development.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical and/or operational youth program management.
- Previous work experience in complex and volatile environments.
- Fluency in written and spoken Portuguese is mandatory.
- Knowledge of local languages spoken in Cabo Delgado, particularly in Mocímboa da Praia district.
- Proficiency in Office 365 tools and collaborative platforms like SharePoint or Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to work independently and proactively under tight deadlines.
