What you will do

  • Partner with CRO and CMO to align Revenue Operations strategy with corporate commercial objectives.
  • Design and manage the GTM operating model, including territory planning, quotas, and sales compensation.
  • Lead the Deal Desk function to balance commercial rigour with deal velocity.
  • Oversee the GTM technology stack and data architecture, implementing AI-driven automation for improved efficiency.
  • Standardize global forecasting and pipeline management processes to drive conversion and accuracy.
  • Drive GTM enablement and strategic initiatives to ensure field teams are equipped for sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • Proven strategic leadership experience in Revenue Operations or GTM strategy within high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Expertise in managing complex technology stacks and data architecture for commercial teams.
  • Strong background in sales compensation, capacity planning, and territory management.
  • Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally across Finance, Product, and Sales organizations.
  • Strong communication skills to influence commercial direction and drive alignment.
