What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Channel business plan that drives revenue growth and market share.
- Grow, manage, and lead the channel sales team.
- Recruit, enable, and activate channel sellers and specialists through training and joint selling motions.
- Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and feedback to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute joint demand-generation and promotional initiatives.
- Align with product management and services teams to position differentiated solutions and drive adoption.
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting and leading sales teams.
- 10+ years of relevant sales and channel experience.
- Experience leading strategic channel or national partner relationships with a large solution provider or reseller.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through indirect sales and complex partner ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of customer needs, partner sales models, and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
