What you will do

  • Develop and deliver real-time cinematics, trailers, and visual sequences in collaboration with the Art and Narrative teams.
  • Handle layout, camera work, animation, lighting, and composition for cinematic scenes.
  • Work directly inside Unreal Engine and Stingray to prototype, iterate, and finalize shots.
  • Integrate and optimize 3D assets, VFX, and motion elements to maintain both quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with video editors, sound designers, and marketing artists to ensure consistency in pacing, style, and tone.
  • Support visual development for motion graphics and in-game storytelling elements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Cinematic Artist or similar role in games, film, or real-time production.
  • Strong eye for composition, lighting, framing, and storytelling through motion.
  • Proven experience with animating, rigging, keyframing characters.
  • Proficiency in 3D tools (Maya, Blender, or equivalent) and motion design software (After Effects, Premiere, etc.).
  • Experience working in Unreal Engine; experience with or willingness to learn Stingray.
  • Understanding of real-time rendering and performance optimization.
