What you will do
- Define and implement a regional partner sales strategy aligned with APAC’s growth priorities.
- Develop and measure joint business and territory plans with Independent Sales Consultants (ISCs) to grow wallet share and expand account penetration.
- Recruit and onboard a next-generation portfolio of ISC partners to accelerate market coverage and solution reach.
- Build a high-engagement partner community through regular communication, training, ISC-led CXO roundtables/events, and knowledge-sharing forums.
- Serve as the primary liaison between partners and Korn Ferry internal teams.
- Lead channel incentive programs, partner tiering, and performance management processes in alignment with global standards.
