What you will do
- Provide in-the-moment clinical support, psychoeducation, and connections to resources via phone.
- Utilize active listening, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused approaches to engage members.
- Assess risks, provide crisis support, safety planning, and follow up with high-risk members.
- Recommend action plans based on clinical presentation and coordinate connections to appropriate care and services.
- Complete professional documentation and interact with members and providers through email.
- Follow care management protocols and problem-solve barriers to care.
Requirements
- LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist required.
- Minimum 2+ years of direct clinical care experience.
- Crisis assessment and safety planning experience.
- Knowledge of crisis support, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused clinical interventions.
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using various computer platforms.
- Able to multi-task and context switch.
- Availability to work Sunday through Thursday 12am-8am EST or the equivalent in your respective time zone.
