What you will do

  • Take full ownership of NXP’s performance and drive aggressive growth within an assigned top-tier account.
  • Design and execute a winning account strategy across the full portfolio of NXP products.
  • Identify, qualify, and close design-in opportunities and capture growth opportunities.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with key decision makers from engineering to executive level.
  • Coordinate extended internal teams (Business Line, NXP Management Team, CAS) to execute strategy.
  • Provide accurate forecasts through NXP’s Opportunity Management System (SFDC).

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical or Computer Science Engineering.
  • 10+ years of focused account management experience.
  • Proven track record of high-tech selling in the semiconductor marketplace.
  • Experience in managing and growing a global, major account, with a specific focus on the data center and robotics markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • High learning agility and strong analytical skills, both technical-literate and business-savvy.
