What you will do
- Build robust, scalable, and well-tested frontend applications using modern frontend frameworks and the in-house Design System.
- Collaborate with PMs, Designers, and QAs to ship high-quality features quickly.
- Lead technical decisions in the ongoing migration from Svelte to modern React.
- Collaborate with backend engineers on scalable API contracts and type-safe validation generation.
- Improve developer experience through tooling, testing infrastructure, and documentation.
- Own and evolve the in-house Design System alongside the design team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building frontend applications with demonstrated platform engineering expertise.
- Fluency in TypeScript.
- Deep expertise in React (v19).
- Experience building or maintaining custom Design Systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with the testing pyramid and testing tools (Vitest, Playwright, or equivalents).
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and care about building elegant, accessible, and usable interfaces.
Nice to have
- Previous exposure to fintech or highly regulated domains.
- Experience with form libraries (e.g., React Hook Form) and form validation tools (e.g., zod).
- Svelte/SvelteKit experience.
