What you will do

  • Own Juicebox’s self-serve revenue growth.
  • Drive organic and product-led growth initiatives.
  • Increase user invitations and product-driven adoption.
  • Improve onboarding, activation, and referral flows.
  • Run experiments to improve self-serve acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
  • Launch lifecycle campaigns across email, product messaging, and promotions.
  • Analyze product usage and growth metrics to identify opportunities and work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering.

Requirements

  • 2+ years working on growth at a B2B or B2C SaaS company (4+ preferred)
  • Experience with product-led growth or growth experimentation.
  • Comfort working with product and user data.
  • Ability to read or write SQL queries (or interpret them).
  • Strong ownership mentality and ability to run experiments end-to-end.
  • High EQ and ability to collaborate across teams to ship initiatives.
