What you will do
- Map and analyze previous public tenders in Germany.
- Continuously monitor and forecast upcoming public tenders at federal and state levels.
- Build and maintain the opportunity pipeline for the German market.
- Support Netcompany's Bid Management Team and formal proposal writing, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Coordinate input from internal subject matter experts and external partners.
- Contribute to the finalization and quality assurance of legal contracts and agreements.
Requirements
- Experience with opportunity management, pipeline, and forecasting.
- Experience with public tenders, preferably from IT, digitalization, consulting, or related areas in Germany.
- Knowledge of – or a strong interest in – the German public market and procurement system.
- Experience with contract work in collaboration with legal functions, including understanding bid management and proposal processes.
- A relevant master’s degree.
- Strong written communication skills in both English and German.
